It has been a very busy 6 months and as 2017 drawers to a close, the team at Agrivit Ltd would like to thank you for your continued support and wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

 

The change of ownership and name marks a fresh approach to a business that continues to supply and support the agriculture and viticulture industry.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For those of you driving past or visiting the shop, you will have seen our new look and you will recognise a number of old faces.....and some new.  Introducing the team; Jeremy Watts and Clare Kilty along with Matt & Lynne Broughan are the new owners.  In sales we have Trevor Youngman and in the office we have Donna Kerr.  The shop and parts department are looked after by Warrick Meiklejohn, supported by Ben Parsons.  In service, leading the team we have Geoff Corlet, supported by Val Symes and the workshop team: John Cross, Max Lewis, Saras Chand, Kris Schroder, Garth Menzies, Shaun Nelson and Ken Greer.

We are the Marlborough Power Farming agent who specialise in New Zealand’s fastest growing tractor brand Deutz Fahr.  Deutz Fahr has exciting news on the horizon and 2018 will see the release of their first, dedicated vineyard tractor with high oil flow.
 
We pride ourselves on working with some of the best brands around and have spent the last few months refining the supplier list, limiting it to those who have a proven track record in the region.  Alongside the Power Farming range, Agrivit holds the New Zealand contract for building all Croplands Quantum Mist sprayers making us your preferred Croplands service agent.  We are agents for Collard trimmers and defoliators, Fence-Pro post drivers, Krone forage machinery and Netwizz netting solutions!  We are also the authorised service agent for Orchard Rite wind machines and Paslode nail guns. 
 
Agrivit is committed to constantly evolving with new technology, exploring and implementing suggestions from clients. This approach led to the development of the undervine Econo Mower which is designed and customised here on site.  Most of the people we work with know exactly what they need, so it’s our job to make sure that’s exactly what they get.

 

Winter maintenance.....

 
It seems early to be thinking about it but the winter service programs for sprayers and wind machines gets busy!  As soon as the spraying stops and the fruit is in, you can have us looking after your machinery and making sure it’s ready to go for next season.  Don't just turn your wind machines off or put your machinery away until next season, keep it serviced regularly....this will  ensure reliability and help keep your costs down.
